EAH Housing engaged Arte Design & Marketing Company to provide full-service photography for Pimentel Place, a five-story affordable housing community located in the heart of downtown Hayward. This modern development contributes to the city’s revitalization efforts and provides much-needed housing options for local residents.

Our scope of work included aerial drone photography, daylight exterior shots, and detailed interior documentation of both common areas and select unit types. From capturing the building’s architectural form and surrounding context to highlighting thoughtfully designed interior spaces, our team delivered a comprehensive visual package that supports EAH Housing’s marketing, leasing, and project documentation needs.

The project demonstrates our ability to coordinate and execute high-quality, end-to-end photo coverage for multi-family housing developments in urban settings.
