Arte Design & Marketing Company was hired by EAH Housing to photograph Lightfighter Village, a newly constructed affordable housing development serving veterans in Marina, California. The property—co-developed by EAH Housing and the Veterans Transition Center of Monterey—is located on the historic Fort Ord Base and offers 71 thoughtfully designed apartments for residents earning between 30% and 50% of the area median income.

Our scope included capturing both aerial drone and ground-level architectural photography to highlight the community’s layout, design features, and natural surroundings. We delivered a curated set of daytime and twilight images showcasing the property’s welcoming atmosphere, sustainable construction, and sense of place. These visuals support EAH Housing’s mission-driven storytelling and will be used in marketing materials, grant reporting, and stakeholder communications.
