Arte Design & Marketing Company was hired by EAH Housing to provide professional photography services for the Delmas Park Apartments, a newly developed eight-story affordable housing community in downtown San Jose. Our scope included comprehensive visual documentation for both internal use and external marketing efforts.

We captured high-resolution imagery of all community amenities, including resident lounges, common areas, and multipurpose rooms designed to foster connection and well-being. In addition, we photographed a range of unit types and unique floor plans to highlight the variety of thoughtfully designed living spaces offered at Delmas Park.

This project showcases our ability to deliver polished, purpose-driven imagery that supports our clients’ marketing, funding, and promotional goals while preserving a record of their development milestones.
