Arte Design & Marketing Company was independently commissioned by Huff Construction Company and Collins Electrical to capture the newly opened Kimpton Mirador Hotel in Pacific Grove, California. This landmark Spanish Revival coastal retreat required two distinct visual narratives to honor each client's unique contribution to the property.

Our scope delivered two tailored media packages. For Collins Electrical, we utilized twilight and interior architectural photography to showcase the sophisticated integration of their high-end electrical engineering and custom lighting design, emphasizing how their work defines the hotel's evening ambiance. For Huff Construction Company, we captured the grand scale and structural precision of the build through comprehensive ground-level photography and cinematic aerial videography.

Because Pacific Grove strictly regulates its airspace to protect its coastal ecosystem, executing the aerial scope required rigorous compliance management. Arte successfully secured specialized FAA airspace authorizations alongside mandatory municipal flight permits from the Pacific Grove Police Department. Crucially, all flight paths were designed with strict sensitivity toward the region's protected wildlife, maintaining zero-impact boundaries to safeguard local harbor seal sanctuaries and native nesting shorebirds.

The final multi-media collections empower both Huff Construction and Collins Electrical with high-impact, independent visual narratives to showcase their industry-leading expertise and drive future business growth.
