Arte Design & Marketing Company was hired by EAH Housing, with project partners Swinerton and HED, to photograph Greenfield Commons I in Greenfield, California. The community provides 100 permanently affordable rental homes for families connected to the Salinas Valley’s agriculture industry and is thoughtfully planned with garden-style apartments, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, play areas, and a vibrant community garden. The development is pursuing LEED Gold Certification and is designed to generate 100 percent of its energy needs through on-site renewable sources.

Our scope covered a full day of ground-level architectural and aerial drone photography to capture the site plan, building details, landscaped courtyards, and the surrounding valley setting. We also documented residents moving into their new homes to add a human, story-forward dimension. Twilight and evening images highlighted exterior lighting and the welcoming atmosphere after dusk.

The final collection supports EAH Housing, Swinerton, and HED in communicating the project’s focus on long-term affordability, sustainability, and community-oriented design.
