Valor Village

Hired by Huff Construction Company, Arte Design & Marketing Company was responsible for capturing the construction progress and final photography and videography of Valor Village, a four-story affordable housing development for low-income veterans and their families. Located in Pinole, California, this 30,603-square-foot project delivers 33 permanent supportive housing units, built from the ground up using Type 5 wood-frame construction.

Throughout the life of the project, we documented the construction process through a series of jobsite progress photos, showcasing key milestones and the high-quality workmanship that defines Huff Construction. Upon completion, we provided professional architectural photography—including drone and ground-level shots—highlighting the property’s residential layout, sustainable design elements, and community features.

Valor Village includes a welcoming ground-floor lobby, community room, landscaped courtyard, community garden, play area, and surface parking with secure bike storage. The project is GreenPoint Rated Gold and was recognized with a 2025 PCBC Golden Nugget Award of Merit for Best Affordable Housing Community.
