Arte Design & Marketing Company partnered with Huff Construction to document Sunflower Hill at Irby Ranch, a 19,909-square-foot affordable housing community in Pleasanton, California. Designed for adults with developmental disabilities, the project includes 31 residential units and a variety of community amenities such as a bocce ball court, sports court, makers space, fitness room, and a commercial kitchen.

Our team captured construction progress milestones as well as final architectural photography and videography, highlighting the project’s inclusive design, sustainable features, and welcoming shared spaces. GreenPoint Rated Gold and completed safely during the COVID-19 pandemic, Sunflower Hill at Irby Ranch stands as Pleasanton’s first residential community dedicated to supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
