Arte Design & Marketing Company was hired by EAH Housing to document San Clemente Place, a multi-building affordable housing community located just steps from a protected natural preserve. This scenic and thoughtfully designed development provides a range of residential options and amenities for individuals and families in the San Clemente area.

Our scope included comprehensive photography of indoor and outdoor community amenities, landscaped gathering areas, and a selection of distinctive unit types and floor plans. Given the site’s proximity to environmentally sensitive areas, aerial photography required careful planning and precise execution. We adhered to strict airspace limits and natural habitat considerations, using controlled flight paths and lower-altitude drone photography to remain compliant while still capturing impactful visuals of the property layout and surrounding context.

This project highlights our ability to adapt creatively to environmental and logistical challenges while delivering high-quality imagery that supports both marketing and mission-driven documentation for our clients.
